Matt Dickinson – CEO JPI Attraxis

Formerly with Merrill Lynch, Irving Trust/Bank of New York, First European Futures and Aquator Group Middle East, Matt has been an advisor on financing deals involving utilities ports and airports as well as a host of other infrastructure projects including negotiations on PFI structures. He has acted as an advisor to major development funds on the implementation of their portfolios where he assisted in structuring the off-shore companies and advising on debt and equity. He is particularly experienced in redevelopment and regeneration projects that have included successful negotiations with Government/aid agencies, financial backers and institutions to finance and re-finance housing developments in Bahrain and the UK. He has undertaken pricing & provision of financial packages for drinking water supply systems, sewage treatment plants and electricity generation. Most recently, he was a financial advisor on the Arabian Canal infrastructure project and was responsible for reorganising and awarding the AED1.8 billion Down Town Jebel Ali District Cooling Concession for a major developer client in the UAE.
